All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) and costs are determined by package weight. You may select from available USPS shipping methods and view shipping costs before entering your credit card information at checkout.
Most orders are fulfilled and shipped within 2-3 business days.

Please Note: International orders may be subject to customs charges by the receiving country. Though rare, these random charges by your country's postal service are beyond our control and refunds are not available.

Engraving for your order may be submitted by one of three methods:
- Place desired items in your cart one at a time and fill out the engraving information as each item is placed in the cart.
- Email details of engraving for your order, making sure to include your order number, to babytrophy@noveltytrophies.com.
Please specify which engraving goes on which trophy if you have ordered trophies with different base colors.
- Use our Online Engraving form to submit engraving information for your order.
You may order The Baby Trophy and give it as a gift without the engraved plate (i.e. for expectant parents) by simply providing the Order Number to the recipient. Upon the infant's birth, the Baby Trophy recipient may visit our site and fill out our Online Engraving form to order the engraved brass plate, which will be shipped to them at no cost.
If you are the recipient of The Baby Trophy and would like to order your engraved brass plate now, please complete our Online Engraving form, making sure to include your Order Number and specify the correct shipping address in the Special Instructions section of the form.
For over three decades, Dave's Sporting Goods & Trophies – also doing business as The Baby Trophy – has been supplying teams and leagues with trophies and awards. Order sizes range from as small as one dozen to as large as 1,000 awards.

Orders shipped to locations within the state of Florida are automatically charged 7% sales tax as required by law.
To be notified when we are running a Special Offer on The Baby Trophy, or other trophies, awards and gifts, or to receive announcements of online sales or coupons, please Follow Novelty Trophies On Facebook.
Your satisfaction is paramount to us. Should your trophy arrive damaged or incorrect due to an error on our part, you may return it and we will replace it at no additional cost to you. If there is an error on our part with the engraving, simply keep your trophy and we will replace the engraved brass plate at no cost to you. If the error was on your part, there may be a small fee to replace the plate.
For refund consideration of damaged shipments, your complete order, including packaging must be returned.
Due to the personalized nature of our product, only items received late or incorrect are eligible for refund consideration. Please Contact Us with your order number should you have any problems with your order.
